So apart from that I'm guessing its the uncanny ability to avoid crashes and viruses and STDs?

not everyone can buy a mac like you so stop cying about it...
it is a successful software n not a open source which makes it free from viruses...
because each n every problem is rectified for proper functioning and not like windows in which the dont resolve any problems u have...
You have portrayed the best image of mac it is easy simple and not falling OS that does not need ur guidance so STOP this war as I am Apple Developer and as Steve Jobs has signed a peace treaty with Microsoft dont want to say more :P
Mac is different and better in many ways from PC
